My name is Xiaofeng Huang, and I am a junior at DKU. I am eager to contribute to enhancing the university experience for both international and Chinese students. I chose DKU for its unique opportunity to engage with a global community, and being part of the inaugural Student Leaders Board would empower me to help shape the university’s future direction. Collaborating with students from diverse backgrounds and the DKU administration offers an excellent opportunity for personal growth. I am passionate about intercultural exchange and excited about the leadership development opportunities the board provides. If selected, I look forward to joining the Intercultural Engagement, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee, where I can work on projects that promote intercultural exchanges and foster mutual understanding. Additionally, I am keen to contribute to the University and External Affairs Committee. This committee presents a unique platform to engage with both internal stakeholders and external partners, enhancing DKU’s reputation and influence. I am particularly interested in initiatives that strengthen relationships with local communities and global institutions, fostering partnerships that benefit students and the university alike. By working on outreach programs and collaborative projects, I aim to help bridge the gap between DKU and the broader community, ensuring that our university is seen as a leader in innovation and inclusivity.
