Mission

Student Accommodation Services provide resources for students with disabilities to ensure access to their education and help increase awareness in the university community. The system is committed to protecting the confidentiality of student records in our possession. We retain student records in compliance with Chinese law.

How to Apply?

1. 1. A completed Disability Accommodations Request form.

1. 1. Full and current documentation that addresses your disability and provides recommendations as to what accommodations are appropriate. Our Medical Document Guidelines are available upon request, and for you to share with your medical provider. Documentation may be submitted by email to the Student Care Coordinator Yangyijia Gui at yangyijia.gui@dukekunshan.edu.cn.

1. 1. The student’s request form and documentation is thoroughly reviewed by the Student Care staff. If additional documentation is necessary, staff in charge will inform the student via email and it is the student’s responsibility to provide the requested information as soon as possible.
